• Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
• Refunds may take approximately 10 to 45 days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged or defective;
• The wrong product has been received; or
• The product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging. Snugz reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days to be completed, depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.
